Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

At Sovex, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with every apparel purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a successful return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged condition.
• All brand tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
• Items showing signs of perfume, stains, tears, or alteration will not be approved.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is straightforward:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
2. Select the order and specific product you wish to return or exchange.
3. Alternatively, reach out to our support team at ECOM.SOVEX@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID and photos.
4. Our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep pickup within 24-48 business hours.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned parcel reaches our fulfillment hub and passes the quality inspection:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be transferred via direct bank transfer or UPI once you provide your account details.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting customer support. If the parcel has already shipped, you can simply refuse the delivery or return it once received.
