Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on Sovex are processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading Tier-1 logistics providers to ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
• North-East & Remote Regions: 5 to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping fee or Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee is clearly displayed on the checkout page before you place your order.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated notification containing your courier tracking number (AWB) and a direct live tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment anytime from your Order History.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If you notice that the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our support team. If you accept the delivery and discover an issue, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing photos/videos.
